Company Profile
Our client is international company operating within IT providing services mainly to banks.
Responsibilities
-Translating Complex Event Processing requirements into functional specifications and managing changes to such specifications
-Using information about the organization’s work processes and information flows to document technical support processes in technical model format in order to evaluate.
-Defining new Complex Event Processing solutions and deployment, implementation & administration processes. Mentoring less experienced engineers.
Qualifications
Main duties:
-CA NSM/SPECTRUM deployment and administration skills and knowledge
-IBM/Tivoli NetCool deployment and administration skills and knowledge
-Omnibus-Spectrum Probe deployment
-Provide Tier 2 support for Complex Event Processing infrastructure.
-Manage Complex Event Processing vendor support.
Other qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS or related.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of training users in applications and operating system fundamentals and writing basic documentation
-High skill with most operating system commands/utilities including UNIX, LINUX, Windows
-A minimum of two to three years of system administration experience and familiarity with networked/distributed computing environment concepts
-Ability to write scripts in administrative language(s) (Tk, Perl, VBScript, etc.)
-TNG/NSM and/or Spectrum
-Experience with other CA tools such as Service Desk, Unicenter and others are a plus.
